The incentive consisted of 3 days and 2 nights trips, with all expenses paid, to Valle de Bravo, one of the most beautiful natural paradises in Mexico.
During the experience, winners were recognized at various awards ceremonies and enjoyed a fun adventure in honor of their dedication and loyalty.

Optime coordinated the event´s end-to-end production which included air fare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, special entertainment, welcome kits, and team activities. Optime also organized a motivational speech and networking activity featuring gold medalist and Paralympic champion Saúl Mendoza which inspired the team of over 50 top performers.
