The Program Leader will drive new marketing initiatives for one of our main Fortune 500 clients. This position will interact with all areas of the company to ensure that the program meets or exceeds the expected goals and objectives.
Manage channel loyalty initiatives, measure success, and manage results for ongoing program enhancements.
Develop, recommend, and manage campaigns to increase registration and customer satisfaction.
Develop strategic communications plans to support the program’s goals and objectives.
Use the program’s platform and other modules as a communicational tool to push the program’s KPIs.
Prepare and present weekly/quarterly reports highlighting results and key initiatives.
Coordinate and introduce new promotions and incentives that support strategic objectives.
Develop surveys; analyze results and present recommendations.
Complete testing to assure the platform and existing modules are user friendly and working properly.
Evaluate the performance of initiatives and strategies including on-going review of campaigns and trends.
Collaborate in the development of specific projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field; or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish). Portuguese is a plus.
Knowledge on creating new promotions to boost performance of programs and a passion for working with numbers.
Proficient level of Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data lookup and formulas).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Capability of working under pressure, meet deadlines and mange project details while balancing multiple priorities
