We are looking for a Sales Executive with a proven track record of success who networks, makes connections, builds relationships, and pursues opportunitiesYou will be responsible for managing new and existing assigned accounts, pursuing leads as well as discovering new prospects through traditional and innovative sales techniques. The main objective is to bring new business and excel at closing opportunities.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and proven techniques for acquiring new customers.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by following the 6 steps for effective sales: prospecting, first impression, qualifying, demonstration, influence and closing.
  • Create opportunities to expand business with current clients’ identifying further business needs and present a solution that is relevant and meets the clients and company's needs.
  • Understands industry trends and leaders to gain presence and establish relationships with potential strategic alliances & providers.
  • Develop the knowledge of Optime products to determine effective sales strategies by product and markets.
  • Develop executive-level summaries, follow up emails and presentations for high-level decision makers and customers to gain approval for future project implementations.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (BA) in Business or related field.  5 plus years of sales experience with an exceptional history of performance will be considered as an alternative.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
  • Well-developed negotiation, project and account management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
  • Intermediate level of Excel and proficient use of MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be goal driven and motivated by success.
