The Program Leader will drive new and dynamic marketing initiatives for one of our main Fortune 500 Clients. This highly visible position will interact with all areas by managing cross-functional teams and processes to assure the program meets or exceeds expected target goals.  This position will also analyze behavior in order to make strategic recommendations for new sales and marketing initiatives. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and support one or several clients and their stakeholders
  • Work with a team of program leaders and other marketing specialists to help service designated areas of a specific account.
  • Support the overall management of an on-line digital marketing program
  • Assist in the management of digital assets, through the use of incentive platforms, social media and other digital channels.
  • Assist with content creation, acquisition, upload, and distribution.
  • Recommend and help implement push strategies and promotion strategies to increase member engagement and to meet KPIs.
  • Work with Member Care team leader under the supervision of the program manager, to manage push strategies and promotion strategies to completion.  
  • Assist in the launch of new program development (re-launches, new modules, adjustments, etc.)
  • Receive, store, upload, and manage sales and budget data for the program.
  • Assist in the development of executive summaries, reports, and presentations for weekly/monthly/quarterly business results.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Must have at least 1years of related experience on loyalty program product management.
  • Confident in the use of software tools pertaining to inventory, opportunity and customer management 
  • Intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data lookup and formulas)
  • Contribute towards a positive and productive team based environment
  • Able to execute objectives and achieve goals with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication written and verbal in both English and Spanish
  • Confident to present and demonstrate software features and benefits
  • Proficient use of MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Highly organized; keep attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage project details while balancing multiple priorities. 
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various internal and external teams. 

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master degree is a plus.
